Salon Policy
All of our skin care treatments and procedures are provided by our highly professional and licensed estheticians with many years of experience. Feel free to have a consultation prior to any treatment so that we may answer any and all of your questions. Your level of comfort is very important to us.
Cancellation Policies: As a courtesy to our clients and specialists, a 24 hour notice of cancellation is requested.
Payment: Visa, Master Card, Cash & Personal Checks are accepted. A service charge of $30.00 apply for returned checks.
Gift Certificates: Available in any amount. Sensational Skin Care gift certificates are a lovely treat for someone special. Gift certificates are non-refundable and will not be honored beyond the expiration date. They hold no cash value.
Tips/Gratities: Gratuities are not included in our prices but are greatly appreciated.

Refund & Return Policies: Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for an return merchandise authorization (RMA). All claims MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
Shipping Information: Shipping charges are calculated based upon current United States Postal Service (USPS) daily shipping rates. We ship all orders via USPS.
